Tri-Rail, Metro Rail, and Brightline have services that will get you to Downtown Miami, but you will still need additional transportation for the last mile or so to the port.
Other restaurants and shops for purchasing last-minute toiletries and other items can also be found in downtown Miami, which is just over the bridge that connects to the port. Rideshare apps, such as Uber and Lyft, are great options as well. Pickup locations are located on the middle inner curb of arrivals level.
